Shipping and Pricing Policy: |

All orders within the U.S. will be via UPS Ground and is free. All orders outside the U.S. will be via USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Canada will have a $30USD shipping charge. Orders to Europe will have a $50USD shipping charge. Stock items can be shipped within 3 days after receiving payment. Orders that require fabrication will mostly be shipped within 5 days of receiving payment. Powder coated items automatically adds another 5 days to the lead times listed above. Our inventory changes frequently. Therefore, please inquire about the lead time on the items of your interest. All shipping an handling charges are non-refundable - No exceptions. Any orders that include a mix of stock items, and items needed fabrication will not be shipped until all items are available.
Prices shown on site are US dollars and include shipping.
Shipping to the lower US will be via UPS ground or USPS.
Additional $30 US will be charged for all small shipments to Canada (via USPS).
Additional $45 US will be charged for all large shipments to Canada (via USPS).
Additional $50 US will be charged for all small shipments to Europe
(via USPS).
Additional $65 US will be charged for all large shipments to Europe (via
USPS).

Warranty: |

We will warranty all parts for defect of material or workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. All warranty claims must be reviewed by Muffin Works prior to making disposition on repair/replacement/reimbursement. Return of products to Muffin Works will be at the cost of the customer. |

Returns/Replacements: |

If you are dissatisfied with your product in any way, it can be returned to Muffin Works (at the customer's expense) for a full refund (not including return shipment costs) ... provided that the product is returned undamaged. |

Method of Payment: |

All customers will receive an invoice via email. We prefer payments made via paypal for which we will send a paypal invoice.. If you would like to use some other form of payment, please contact us. We are always willing to work with our customers. Please obtain a full quote before sending payment. Items ordered will not be shipped until payment is received. |
